I love a good fit and flare and when I saw this black sundress at GAP, I immediately made a beeline for it because of its versatility. This dress has become one of my go to pieces this summer because it’s what I like to call a closet chameleon – it can be dressed up or down depending on the accessories you add. I also love the laser cut detail at the hem line which adds an interesting detail to an otherwise ultra-classic piece.

I wore this dress up in Napa for a day of wine tasting and exploring – the cotton fabric was breathable enough to keep cool and comfortable enough to be worn all day. For this look I dressed things up a bit by layering on a statement necklace, a bold patterned clutch and a trusty pair of flats in bright patent leather. Done and done!
