For some reason this skirt has sat in my closet for several years now, never being worn.  Since December was a month full of holiday parties and activities, I decided it was the perfect time to style it and have it make its debut.  I also may be a little bit obsessed with how these new ankle boots look with tights, so I apologize in advance if you see a whole lot of them until it’s warm enough for sandals and bare legs once again.
